Who We Are
Inclusive Care Clinic Pharmacy grew from a dream we both shared. From our own experience, we realized how little healthcare existed in our community to support women and LGBT+ folks. It was time to do something about it.
In 2022, Idaho lost 22% of our OBGYNs. And we felt it. As women, our experience within healthcare led us to providers that didn’t listen, didn’t believe our descriptions, and were underprepared to take care of us. We recognize that patients know their bodies better than anyone. So it was time to flip the script. We decided that we wanted to open a clinic pharmacy focusing on people like us: those who wanted kids, those who didn’t want kids, those who struggled to breastfeed, those who wanted to navigate healthcare without stigma, those with chronic illnesses and those who just need antibiotics… It was time to make healthcare accessible and inclusive to all. It wasn’t happening around us, so we decided to make it happen.
Meet the Owners
ICCP is a small community pharmacy owned by a mother and daughter pharmacist team. It’s a family business operated to make our community better. Southeastern Idaho deserves to have healthcare providers that are going to make life easier to manage for everyone, and that’s what we’re here to do.

Co-Owner, Clinical Pharmacist, and Community Pharmacy FellowDr. Heyneman was born and raised in Pocatello, ID with professor parents, too curious for her own good, and a healthy competitive streak. It was only a matter of time to see who would get their doctorate first: herself or her brother. Her curiosity got the best of her when she decided she wanted to learn more about the world on a molecular scale, leading her down a path of supercomputers, analyzing viruses, and geeking out about physical chemistry and drug binding. After learning about coding for cures at UC San Diego, she decided she wanted to be helping patients directly, bringing her back to Idaho to get her PharmD in 2022. After many experiences advocating for patients of all backgrounds, finding the love of her life, and teaching the next generation of pharmacists, she’s ready to bring what she learned back to her hometown.
She’s only a little bitter that her brother won the race.

Co-Owner, Clinical Pharmacist, Compounding Specialist
Dr. Cashmore is the daughter of a career Marine and the 10th child of a Southern Baptist Preacher - so she grew up all over the world and needed a lot of therapy. She graduated from the ISU College of Pharmacy in 1993, completed a residency in Long Term Care then joined the faculty as an instructor specializing in Drug Information. She retired from ISU as Associate Dean and has focused on sterile compounding in nuclear pharmacy for the past 18 years. She met and married the love of her life, Thain Cashmore – a gifted Montanan who designed our entire building. She often says that Thain is her “Luke” – which Gilmore Girls fans will understand. When her daughter graduated as a pharmacist, they realized they had similar dreams of expanding the boundaries of the profession of pharmacy and creating a safe space to treat the underserved and marginalized in our community. And so Inclusive Care Clinic Pharmacy was born.

Meet the Providers

Dr. Mathew Day, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner based in Pocatello, Idaho, is deeply committed to providing compassionate, inclusive, and high-quality healthcare to the LGBTQ+ community. As a part of the community, it gives him a unique understanding of the challenges and stigma in this area. His unwavering goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space for individuals to express their health concerns, ensuring you feel secure and respected in his care.
Education:
He completed his bachelor's degree in Nursing Science at Idaho State University Magna Cum Laude. He then pursued a doctorate at The University of Cincinnati and completed training in various clinic specialties. However, he focused on LGBTQ care and HIV prevention.
He has further completed studies in HIV care and prevention, gender-affirming hormone therapies, and non-hormonal therapies for gender affirmation.
Matthew Day has also served as an adjunct clinical professor at Idaho State University, as ISU's Diversity and Inclusion Chair between 2017 and 2018, and sat on the board for gender and sexuality studies at ISU.

Dr. Millward has lived in Pocatello her whole life and has spent her career pursuing opportunities to contribute to her community. She graduated with her PharmD from Idaho State University in 2019, then completed a 2-year residency in Pharmacotherapy with the ISU Family Medicine Residency Program. Since then, she has become Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy as well as a Certified Diabetic Care and Education Specialist. She began teaching at the ISU College of Pharmacy in 2022 as a Clinical Assistant Professor. She currently works as a clinical pharmacist and diabetes educator in several Pocatello primary care clinics, and teaches pharmacy students these vital skills both in and out of the classroom. Her goals are to increase access to high quality care and to improve the overall healthcare experience for her fellow Pocatellans. In her free time, she likes to do what you must do with free time in Idaho - go outside! She loves to hike, bike, backpack, camp, fish, kayak, ski, and just about any other opportunity she comes across to take advantage of our natural bounty.
